Message	As 'black300zx' has stated, a barbed/beaded plug would have helped, BUT I have already stated that "...the test would remain valid with much less air-pressure." Having no access to barbed/beaded plugs at that time of night, I simply strapped the plug in with the heavy-duty zip-ties, which is a good idea anyway just as a safety precaution. Also, I stated above: "The pressure I applied was actually less than what I read others had applied to their intercoolers for testing."
